What is it?

Highlighting is an exclusive feature of Oxemis software that OxiMailing takes full advantage of.
It allows you to mark certain lines in your address file in one of the proposed colors.
These lines are then more visible than the others but in addition to that, being highlighted in one color allows you to filter only on these recipients!

 

How to use highlighting?

In the list of recipients, select the lines you want to highlight and right-click on them, then "highlight..." and select the highlight color. You will then see the recipients highlighted in the color you have chosen.

 

 

To filter these recipients, you can use the "Search / Advanced" function;

When sending, check the box "Send only to recipients highlighted in" and the highlight color(s) of the recipients you want to contact!
