Both are intended to neutralize mail sent to certain e-mail addresses.

 

The black list is composed of addresses of people who have expressed their wish to no longer receive emails from you:

• People who have clicked on an unsubscribe link from one of your previous campaigns,
• Persons who have reported spam related to any of your past campaigns. Some operators, such as Yahoo, Microsoft, La Poste.... send us the "complaints" expressed against you, translated into a request to unsubscribe,
• People added manually by you.

 

The red list is absolutely not editable and contains several types of addresses:

• People who have asked not to receive any email from anyone from our platform,
• People who have reported spam related to any of your past campaigns (addresses are also added to the blacklist),
• Persons with an address linked to an obsolete domain name (voila.fr, tele2.fr, chello.fr...).
