The problem of "False Clicks"
In 2018, we noticed an explosion of "false clicks" (also named "fake clicks" or "spurious clicks").
These are clicks not generated by your recipients, but by robots that perform anti-spam analyses.
These robots test the links of messages to ensure that they do not end up on fraudulent sites. Our teams reacted quickly to this problem, in order to clean up your tracking statistics as much as possible. So, with OxiMailing, "false clicks" are set aside, and only "human clicks" are returned in the results of your campaigns.
Please also note that in order to avoid any risk of "false unsubscription", we have decided to remove the possibility of inserting unsubscribe links without confirmation (one-click unsubscription). Unsubscribe links will now be systematically confirmed.
