I use Kaspersky antivirus and I can't access the OxiMailing Cloud
You are trying to connect to the OxiMailing Cloud and you get an error message "Interrupted" (for example). Usually, the problem is related to an antivirus or firewall that prevents you from connecting.
Below is the procedure for adding OxiMailing to the list of approved programs on Kaspersky.
If you are unable to perform any of the operations listed below, you are likely to be under a "strategy" managed by your IT team. Feel free to forward them the link to this article so they can unlock you.
- Open Kaspersky
- In "Protection Status" click on the "Application Monitoring" button:
- In the screen that appears, go to "Application Control Rules", search for "OxiMailing" in the list and right-click / "Application Rules":
- Then click on "Exclusions" and tick all the boxes displayed. Finally confirm by clicking on OK and close Kaspersky:
- Once these actions are completed, you will need to restart OxiMailing for Kaspersky to apply the changes.
